Presenting at PhoneGap Day EU 2017

In case you haven’t heard, [PhoneGap Day EU 2017 in Amsterdam](http://pgday.phonegap.com/eu2017/) will be running May 18 and 19, and there’s going to be lots of great content and workshops. Thanks to the PhoneGap team, I’ll be presenting again this year, and will also be part of a workshop on plugins. I hope to see you all there!

Oh, you want a sneak peak?

PhoneGap Day EU 2016 is Next Week!

When I was initially approached to present at PhoneGap Day EU 2016, May 19 seemed _so_ far away, but here it is already less than a week away. There has been a flurry of activity to get ready: packing, getting travel documents in order, picking up travel necessities, and futzing with getting the presentation slides _absolutely_ perfect!

My thoughts go out to the victims affected by the recent earthquakes in Ecuador and Japan, as well their families and friends. I simply can’t imagine what it must be like to go through such a situation. There really are no words.

What these people need more than my own well-wishes, however, is action. And the only real action I can provide is by donating some money. I urge you to do the same — the cost of a cup of coffee can go a long way in providing relief!

The FBI is trying to make Apple out as “the bad guy” by doing so, claiming that the phone might have information on where the terrorists were during the now infamous eighteen minute window that the FBI has no other information on.
